How to Use Track Changes and Suggesting Mode
Many editors I know (including me) often use Track Changes in Microsoft Word or Suggesting Mode in Google Docs. Both of these features can look confusing when you first see a document marked up. If this is you, the two videos below can help you out: the first is for the Track Changes feature on Microsoft Word, the second is for Suggesting Mode in Google Docs.
In these videos, I’ll show you how your document will look if your editor uses Track Changes or Suggesting Mode. I will go over how to view the document, understand the changes made, make new changes, add comments, and reply to comments.
I am not an expert in either of these features or programs; I am only showing you what I have learned from it and how you can use it to communicate with me.
